Excellence
We want to do what we do better than anyone else in the world. When we moderate an event, for example, we almost think of it like music: Designing the experience beforehand, creating on the fly, improvising when necessary and making it all come together so that it’s a wonderful experience for participants and observers alike. We want to thrill our audiences and energize our customers.
Results
Every one of our initiatives has a desired set of results for our customers and our audiences. The reason we take a customized approach to media is so we can tailor our services and products to each sponsor, weaving our offerings together so that they work in concert with one another, contributing to a long-term strategy and solution. We work hard for our attendees as well, helping them to gain insights that can help them deliver results for their own organizations.
Relationships
We say repeatedly that we’re about relationships between IT buyers and sellers. That’s our business proposition, and one of the results we deliver. But relationships are part of our philosophy as well: We strive to be a great provider and a great partner ourselves. What makes for great relationships are honest and open communications; taking responsibility for your own actions; and treating your partners and customers with respect, care and commitment.
Independence
Our founders have all had the experience of working for large organizations. We started Microcast to be independent, focused and entrepreneurial. We believe flexibility is critical in today’s business environment. We believe that being quick and responsive to customer needs is a competitive advantage. We don’t have legacy products to protect, so we can truly focus on solving our clients’ problems. Plus, we get to be hands-on, without delegating work to people who have less experience or expertise.
Fun
We love this business and we love what we do. We hope that our passion, energy and commitment are reflected in our work. When we do an event we want people walking away happy they came, and looking forward to attending another Microcast event in the future.
